wow gold: hello, anybody home?nice journal website!
Bree: Just stopped in, wanted to leave a hello!
Vianne: Thanks kil! I have been on a quest for that song for quite some time. It really is something isn't it? I'll still keep an eye (ear) out for the instrumental version, but anyway, thanks much!
Kiliki: You had posted on my journal saying you were also looking for the mystery song in the "Finding Neverland" trailers. Well... I found it!! Yup, after a lot of research I found out it's the instrumental version of Ben Jelen's "Come On." I can't find that version *anywhere*, but you can download the version with lyrics from benjelen.com. It's such a beautiful song! Just thought you'd want to know. Bye!
Marianne: Gow, that sucks . . .
Vianne: Nope, didn't find one. I was misinformed. It sucks, but it's complicated. Oh well...
Marianne: Monologue for audition? What audition?!?? Go Vianne!!! She has an audition!!!
Vianne: Yeah, I'm updating on the tagboard, so sue me. Is it like an unwritten web blog rule? okay...anyways, need to update, but don't really have the time. Sorry, but I am sure you can live without me for awhile. Tum, t-t-tum, tum! Just felt like doing that. Crap...need to find monologe for audition. Please help me!
Vianne: Thanks Kiliki! Finally another person reading my journal! It's a miracle. Finding Neverland is TOO good for award shows...hmph! LOL, thanks for agreeing with me!
Kiliki: Hey, I finally got to your site; I've been trying to find the url for it since you posted on my journal a while back lol. Very cool, I like your site! I love all the Finding Neverland stuff. I just saw the movie and words cannot describe how beautiful it was!! It deserved to win all the Golden Globes, but oh well... you were right what you said about it lacking what critics consider to be a "good film". Bleh. Anyways, keep up the good work!
Vianne: True, true...it's a start. *sings - But you gotta have friends!* Might not have time to update tonight. Loads of homework *growls*
Marianne: Hey, everybody needs at least one, lol
Vianne: You're my only fan, hehe!
Marianne: Hey, I'm you're biggest fan, hehe It's the least I can do.
Vianne: Comedian in disguise? That's a new one, lol! What about a comedian with blue hair? Wait, I'm blond again *sigh* Thanks for reading my journal btw! You're truly incredible.
Marianne: Always love reading your journal, you comedian in disguise. BTW, I got Joel in this week's quiz, lol

Oscar Nominations Released

  • Mood: ill
  • Music: Where is Mr. Barrie
  • Johnny Depp Movie: Once Upon a Time in Mexico "I feel it's only fair to warn you that killing me is crossing the line and you will have every single marine from here to Guantanamo Bay up your keister, mister. So just know that" - CIA Agent Sheldon Jeffrey Sands, everyone! *clapping and surround music*
  • Outfit: jeans, barrel racing sweatshirt (Barrel Racing kicks hard butt!)

Stayed home to care for my two sick brothers and actually I am feeling rather ill myself *cough cough* No, seriously, I didn't get a wink of sleep last night.

Erm, okay. Oscar Nominations were released today. Finding Neverland got nominated for

 7

Oscars including Best Picture, Best Actor in a Leading Role (Mr. Johnny Depp, ladies and gentleman), Best Score (The score was simply beautiful), Best Film Editing, Best Costume Design, Best Adapted Script...crap, can't think of the last one.

Anyway, other nominations included Clint Eastwood (for Actor and Director), Leo DeCaprio (Best Actor), Jamie Foxx (Best Actor - hey!), The Aviator (for a ton of things), and such. The Aviator (staring Leo D. and Kate Blanchet) took 11 (not as big as our 7) nominations...like Lord of the Rings last year. I am very disappointed Mr. Marc Foster didn't take a nomination for best director, but nonetheless, I am very pleased with what Finding Neverland did recieve. I wil keep you ALL updated on Oscar crap (whether or not you want to) until the big day which is Fed. 27.

Anyway, sorry I haven't been writing. I've been extremely busy with everything, but I hope you enjoyed my French post the by way. Sadly, I must retire for the moment because I have to write two peoms for english. As a creative writing exercise, I feel there is way too many restrictions and that limits the creative parts. Plus this whole thing is a group project, and again, that just murders creative writing. Oh well, I'll see what I can do. I might not stop at two poems, but might write 7instead.

Need to make up a science test tomorrow...heh...

Oh, before I do close, I promised MJ to recall some of the things in our Science class yesterday. Enjoy, and I am sure you can see why I feel like i am LOOSING brain cells in that class. It's fun though. Thanks guys! And, I would like to note, I may have added a phrase here or there, but it's baiscally all true. I'm not mentioning any names for their own protection...

- What do the people in Brazil use to fuel their cars?

- Brazil, Italy?

-Sure.

- Gas. Duh.

-Actually, they use ethane.

-What's that made of?

-What IS that made of (we've only been studing about it for the past two weeks)?

-Uh, bananas.

-Bananas. Why?

-Because there are a lot of them there. Well, there is some here too, but not as many.

-There is a lot of water, why don't they use that?

-Because they are dumb. Actually, that's a brilliant idea...to run cars off of water. Or wait, sooolar power...or batteries!

-You would need more batteries than you could ever comprehend to run a car. (Me - what? like 3?)

-No, we could use DURACELL (*) because they are long lasting, the offical partner of NASCAR, and the new and improved copper top.

There you have it! Oh and I remembered the last Nomination for Finding Neverland (apologies)...Best Art Direction!

5 people think I'm amazing.

Haha, the brilliance is just emanating from the science classroom. Bananas? Duracell batteries? Hmmm. Maybe someone should mention that cars do in fact have batteries. And if you want a car to run on Duracell batteries, you should go check out the toy department in your local Wal-Mart.

Anyways, thanks for the amusement. That's hysterical. Get a car to run on water . . . haha! I want a DeLorean that flies and runs on garbage (yes, that's a huge reference to the Back to the Future movies . . . ).
